Melting
The master takes from the crucible the glass paste made with silica, soda and colored by metal oxides.

Blowing
After having imprinted the texture on the glass, with the help of the barrel, the master blows it into the mold.

Cutting
The piece, once tempered, is ready to be cut and divided from the "galotta".

Refining
The main underlying part is ground and finished. The "galotta" remains as a production waste.

Saving
Our artists recover the “galotta”, transforming it into a new product.
